The grand finale of the Equal Sucra Gold Ms Fit & Fab was held on 10th November at 9.00 pm by the poolside of the Sun-n-Sand hotel.
Judging the girls were top names from the industry:
Ashmit Patel – Actor, Mandira Bedi – Actress and Anchor, Tulip Joshi – Actress, Pooja Chopra a- Miss India 2009, Terence Lewis – Choreographer, Teacher and Judge for talent shows, Istayak Ansari – Chief Operating Officer Gold’s Gym and Mr G Ramachandran – Director & Promoter Gold’s Gym.
The girls went through 3 rounds. Round 1 - An introduction round where they presented themselves in Hanes sportswear & Fila shoes.
Round 2 – The shortlisted 10 performed their talent for the talent Round. There was a beautiful mix of aerobics, dance, yoga and martial arts.
Round 3 – The girls presented themselves in Evening wear. 10 were shortlisted for the final round where the judges posed them with questions for the personality round.
The show was interspersed by performance s by Ruchita Mehta and her Bollywood fusion group, Jigna Johri and her Kreatiwitty group performing Zumba & a contemporary dance performance by students of the Terence Lewis Dance academy.

Hanes Ms Active - No 2 Anu Priya from Jalandhar won a hamper From Hanes & was sashed by Ashmit Patel & Ms Nidhi Raj, Marketing Manager Hanes.

Equal Sweet & Luscious - No 10 Janice Kanabar from Kandivali W won a hamper From Equal & was sashed by Pooja Chopra & Mr Pratik Bhatt, Trade & Marketing Manager South Asia Equal.

Gold’s Gym Ms Fitness - No 14 Rita Singh from Rohini Delhi won a gift hamper from Evolution Sports Nutrition & was sashed by Rajesh Advani,Director Gold’s Gym India & Jagdish Valecha, Chairman Gold’s Gym India.

Quaker Oats Ms Healthy Heart – No 16 Nikitasha Marwaha from Andheri W Mumbai won a hamper from Quaker Oats & was sashed on Stage by Mr Istayak Ansari, Chief Operating Officer Gold’s Gym & Monisha Singh Katyal, Programming Head Zoom Television with Vivan Bathena Anchor Zoom Television.

Ms Talented - No 16 Nikitasha Marwaha from Andheri W Mumbai won a hamper from Hanes
& was sashed on by Mr Karan Valecha, Director Gold’s Gym India & Mr Derrick Goveas, GM Audi Mumbai
