The Activity started early morning on the 7th Dec 09 at 7am. The purpose of the activity was to spread knowledge of fitness and make our protectors aware of their health. For the same we first conducted their Body composition analysis, through bioelectrical impedance method. We got to know their Weight, Fat free mass, Skeletal Muscle mass, fat percentage,  Body Mass Index, Protein content, Water content, Mineral content, Segmental lean mass, Segmental Fat mass, Waist hip ratio, Basal Metabolic rate,  and many more. These Tests were conducted on every staff of zone 5 at the Worli police Station – right from the DCP to the constables. Following this analysis was the Nutrition consultation, where in as per their analysis and their lifestyle, they were suggested well eating habits.  This is a small initiative started by Gold’s gym to make the people, who safeguard our nation, aware about their health hazards and how to catch them early.
