Ingredients
4 dried apricots
2 apples
2 pears
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup guava juice
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon grated nuts
Few raisins

Instructions
Simmer apricots, juices and water in a saucepan for about 8-10 minutes. Peel, core and cut pears and apples so that you have 1 inch pieces. Add pear, apple and remaining ingredients to the saucepan simmering now with the earlier preparation. Cook for about 10 minutes until tender. Now let it cool down then place it in the bowl you would like to serve and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Serve chilled. If you are not watching calories, you could top it with some vanilla ice cream for extra fun. If you are watching calories and yet want to add extra frills, try some flavored yoghurt. Binge!
