Pasta Tuna Tango- A great salad for accompanying cocktails and mocktails
This is a simple salad recipe, healthy, nutritious and delicious, and very very easy to toss. This is perfect for quickly whipping up when you are hungry or when someone comes unexpectedly and is great as an accompaniment with mocktails and cocktails.
- 1 cup pasta
- ¼ cup minced tuna
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Chili Mayonnaise
- Sliced black olives
Boil water in a vessel and cook pasta as per package instructions. Drain, wash with cold water and drain again.
Mix the cooked and fully drained pasta with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Ensure that tuna is without any oil and does not chunk up. Chill for about an hour before serving. Serves two.
