Eggs with a twist for meat lovers!

If you love eggs and are always looking for quick creative recipes that could go well with drinks as well as a soup, then these curious looking ‘meaty eggs’ could become your favorite.

Making them is easy and they look quite exotic so you could serve them when you have unexpected guests over.

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs 
  • Pre cooked Chicken Salami or Pork Salami slices  
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish 
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion 
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise 
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard 
  • Fresh grounded pepper

Preparation:

Halve the eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. Mash yolks in a separate bowl with a fork. Cut the Salami slices into thin strips and then halve them into the desired length. Place all the ingredients into the mashed egg yolk and mix lightly. Spoon this mixture into egg halves. Sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
